RJ Vector was founded with one clear mission: to empower small and mid-sized businesses with access to high-level expertise—without the high cost. We saw a gap in the market where many companies had the ambition to grow but lacked the strategic support to get there.

He has led billion-dollar transactions, structured complex deals, and built strategic partnerships that fuel long-term growth. He worked for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, VeriSign, Telecom Italia, Oi Telecom, EDP, GE, Cheniere LNG and PI Capital International, as Investment Banker. With a background in economics and certifications in finance and derivatives, Roberto blends analytical depth with real-world execution to accelerate growth for small and mid-sized businesses. Roberto is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Juliana is a growth strategist with over a decade of experience driving demand generation, marketing operations, and digital transformation for companies across sectors like tech, education, healthcare, and financial services. She specializes in helping small and mid-sized businesses turn marketing into a revenue engine—through lead generation, CRM optimization, automation, and data-driven performance campaigns. She worked for Kodak, EF Language, Aflac and The Brazilian Consulate in Chicago. With a background in business and advanced certifications in marketing and strategy, Juliana blends hands-on execution with strategic vision to build scalable, sustainable growth for clients across industries.
